Activate PhotoCloud®
You can activate your PhotoCloud® up to 1 week before your event and it will remain open for submissions for up to 1 week after the end of your event. This way, your friends can upload high-resolution photos and videos, turning every moment into an unforgettable memory.
QR Code Flyer Distribution
We print flyers for you with instructions and your event QR Code. The flyers can be placed on the event tables by the planner or the room manager. Alternatively, you can distribute them to your guests digitally for immediate access.
Scan & Upload by Guests
Guests simply scan the QR Code and upload photos and videos easily, without having to sign up or need of app. PhotoCloud® supports uncompressed uploads, ensuring high-quality files.
Download Files
Once the upload is complete, you can download all the content your friends have uploaded. The Gallery remains active for 3 months. You can share the link with selected people so they can securely access PhotoCloud® and enjoy the material!
