Do guests need to download an app?

No. Guests scan your QR with their phone camera and share their files directly from their browser.

Can guests upload videos too?

Yes. Guests can upload MP4 and MOV videos up to 500 MB per file and photos up to 50 MB. Unlimited upload storage.

Who can see the photos?

You control visibility with Reveal Mode. Keep your gallery hidden from guests and reveal it when you choose.

How does the live slideshow work?

Create a dedicated slideshow link from your dashboard and open it on a screen or projector. The slideshow updates automatically, with no need to refresh. You can also choose to display your event’s QR code in the bottom-right corner of the screen, encouraging guests to scan it and upload their photos while they watch.

How long is the gallery available?

Your gallery expires 90 days after your event date. Download your collection as a ZIP before it expires.

Can I personalise my page?

Yes. Set your cover image, event details, theme and colours from your dashboard.

Are there ready-made QR designs for reception tables?

Yes. Find ready-made Canva QR templates for weddings, baptisms and corporate events in your dashboard. Choose a design, personalise it in Canva, add your event’s QR code and print it for your reception tables.
